Our dedicated, trained and motivated workforce ensures that each pipe turned out in 120,000 MT annual productions conforms to the specified standard and meets the client’s requirements. Our pipes are instantly recognized in the market by their unique tensile strength and dimensional uniformity. We make sure that the elongation is sufficient for consummate bending without compromising the strength and toughness of the pipes.
We have fully automated mills to ensure manufacturing of high quality ERW Pipes, Tubes and Structural Steel sections (CHS, RHS & SHS). Needless to say, we have imbibed a system of Total Quality Management practice from top to bottom in the hierarchy system of the organization. We are proud that we work according to the systems and processes laid down by American Petroleum Institute (API), Bureau of Indian Standards, and Bureau Veritas.

Our CE Marking certificate is in progress which would further give us an edge over our competitors. Our efforts are to be in sync with the ever-changing market requirements. Thus, we maintain Quality Control checks at all levels i.e. from raw material procurement stage to dispatch stage of the final finished product. We inspect each and every single pipe for pinholes and random checking of samples is conducted for accurate thickness, zinc coating, length, etc.
Our process of manufacturing is known as "High Frequency Induction Welding (HFIW)" which uses the parent metal to fuse the edges thus, maintaining same chemistry in the final product with only a fractional change in grain structure. This is coupled with an online Seam Annealing System to uniformly balance the grain structure. Finally, Therma tool welding ensures the integrity of the product.
